We are looking for a Talent Specialist to join our regional Human Resources team and administer our full cycle recruiting while providing best-in-class candidate experience in line with Ferrero Core Values.

The talent specialist will participate and coordinate activities related to onboarding, training, and employees\' development tools.

Main Responsibilities:

As part of the role, the Talent Specialist will manage the recruitment and selection processes to fill the open positions in a timely manner (including resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.).

The recruitment responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, continuously providing new solutions to attract talent. You will create strong talent pipelines for our company\'s current and future hiring needs.

You will need to review resumes, interview, and measure the competencies of candidates against role requirements and needs. In addition, you will support the hiring managers & candidates with the scheduling of interviews.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers and potential hires.

You will serve as Ferrero brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.

The Talent Specialist will negotiate and present offers to candidates to explain corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.

Once a candidate has accepted an offer, you will liaise internally to ensure the successful onboarding of the candidate to ensure the best-in-class experience for new hires.

You will provide effective feedback and work closely with internal Hiring managers across the business keeping them updated on the status of the recruitment process. The Talent Specialist will need to build relationships with the candidates and keep them updated on their application status.

You will research trends in the staffing industry & suggest innovative ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

As a Talent Specialist, you will help and support in the day-to-day operations relevant to training & talent, in line with Ferrero learning tools and training programs.

Who we are looking for:

The talent specialist must have 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, preferably in the consumer goods industry, must be an exceptional communicator and a great negotiator. Should be organized and have an eye for detail.

Core skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Proficient with job boards and social media platforms
• Experience in recruiting or human resources (training is of an added value)

Advanced skills:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional Certification or accreditation is a plus.
