Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for positions.
Manage the offer process, negotiate salary and benefits, and extend job offers to successful candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners to build talent pipelines and networks.
Coordinate and participate in employer branding activities, such as career fairs, networking events, and employer brand campaigns.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and talent management processes.
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
