Job Description
The Talent Management Expert will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all TM efforts across the organisation. With particular focus on performance management, succession planning and L&D, the individual will drive the shift in the upskilling of employees.
- Design and Develop all talent management initiatives.
- Undertake review and implementation of refined performance management process
- Review and design L&D Curriculum, creating bespoke plans
- Collaborate with other departments to align human resources initiatives with business goals.
- Develop succession plans and leadership development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations.
- Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
- Report on HR metrics and propose improvements as needed.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in Blue-Chip company within Tech industry
- Proven track record in succession planning, leadership development
- Ability to develop strategies and implement them effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
