Support the coordination of interviews, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and communicating with candidates.
Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment & YOUth initiatives.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
Assist in organizing and coordinating talent-related events, such as career fairs and networking sessions.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments as needed.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in talent function.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
