Interact regularly with all Miral Experiences & Miral Destination colleagues (including park walks and special events) with specific focus on Workplace Culture and Diversity Initiatives.
Work closely with the business stakeholders with the Great Place to Work Certification and assist with the formulation of impact plans across the organization to strive towards a more inclusive work environment.
Take ownership of all aspects of the administrative duties and responsibilities towards the annual certification and all support activities related to GPTW.
Work closely with the HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand specific department/Park requirements.
Align engagement initiatives across Miral Experiences & Miral Destinations to business needs
Deliver engagement activities throughout the year, aligned with the Experiences\' operational calendars, including the monthly WOW recognition program.
Support the business with everyday engagement activities such as recognition, length of service and birthdays, through templates, systems and consulting advice.
Deliver essential communication updates to the business through Yammer, Smile Alerts, digital signage, posters and 1/4ly forums.
Support broader HR initiatives by working closely with the rest of the HR team
Research new and innovative learning and engagement tools and ideas and share with the team.
Support Miral Experiences Emiratization program, as required.
Assist with document control, training data and reporting as required
