Robert Half are working with a leading company looking to hire Talent Development Specialist to join their team. This is a UAE National appointment based in Al Ain.
The Role
Develop and implement talent development programs that align with the company\'s strategic goals
Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans
Design and monitoring career development and succession plans.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that talent development initiatives are effective
Strategic thinking: The ability to think strategically about talent development and how it can align with the organization\'s overall goals.
Project management: The ability to manage talent development projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and executing.
Collaboration: The ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals, such as working with trainers, instructional designers, and other HR professionals.
Evaluation: The ability to evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and make improvements as needed.
Problem-solving: The ability to identify and solve problems related to talent development, such as identifying training needs, designing effective training programs, and measuring the impact of training.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of career development, succession planning, and training methodology. They will also have a bachelor\'s degree in HR and a relevant certification, such as CIDP or SHRM.
Bachelor\'s degree in HR or a related field
Relevant certification, such as CIDP or SHRM
10+ years of experience in talent development
Strong understanding of career development, succession planning, and training methodology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
