In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll design and deliver programs that develop our staff and leadership, making a real impact in our organization. If you have a strong background in L&D within the hospitality or restaurant sector and are ready to travel across the GCC, we\xe2\x80\x99d love to meet you!Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver the overall Learning & Development (L&D) program for employees and leadership teams across the region.
  • Develop and implement tailored training plans that align with business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Travel across the GCC region to support L&D initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Learning & Development within the hospitality or restaurant sector.
  • Fluent in Arabic, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC region as needed.
