Position Summary
The Talent & Culture Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the ideation, design, and execution of key initiatives across the talent and culture spectrum. This includes but is not limited to Induction & Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning, Development & Growth, Employee Engagement, and Company Engagement Events. As a key member of the Talent & Culture pillar, you will support various elements of the colleague life-cycle and take the lead in executing company-wide cultural and engagement events.
Key Responsibilities
• Working in conjunction with the Director of Talent & Culture, to plan and execute company-wide cultural and engagement events that promote team building and reinforce company values. Measure the impact of events and use insights to continuously improve future initiatives.
• Support the development of an approach and strategy to employee engagement which includes the annual engagement survey encompassing full implementation, stakeholder plans and management, communication initiatives and ongoing monitoring of engagement and focused actions in response to engagement experiences and feedback.
• Responsible for developing and managing programs to improve engagement, such as employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment. This role will also have responsibilities in internal employee communications and actively help shape PF's corporate culture.
• Support the promotion and execution of Grow. Perform. Succeed., encompassing all pillars of learning, development, performance management, and engagement throughout the business. Foster a true culture of continuous learning and development, and drive the rollout and finalization of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) across the organisation.
• Working with the wider People Team and business champions to develop and implement a robust onboarding and induction program for all new colleagues across all international locations. Continuously assess and improve the onboarding experience to ensure alignment with company values and culture.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Other Capabilities
5+ years working experience within HR with a specialisation in Engagement, Culture and Talent Management
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent knowledge of systems and MS Office
Outstanding communication skills, project management and time-management abilities
High level of creativity and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Self-motivated, organised, analytical with a strong ability to work independently
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
