Assisting with coordinating employee engagement activities
Supporting HOD's in attracting, recruiting and retaining talent.
Manage T&C administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files.
Collaborate with T&C in managing workers compensation claims
Ensure that the T&C systems have accurate & timely data
Assist and coordinate T&C projects, initiatives and events
Coordinate the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of T&C administration processes
Assist with the employee on-boarding & off-boarding process
Overlooking accommodations day to day operations and activities
Assisting new joiners to settle in accommodation
Regular accommodation inspections and reporting
Handling all accommodations related tasks
Qualifications
Enthusiastic, driven and brings positive energy - you love to make things happen!
Completed or currently studying Human Resources or a related qualification.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Minimum a one year experience in Hotel in Human Resource
A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships at all levels
