Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" The Role:\xc2\xb7Maintaining a date database for resume\xe2\x80\x99s for future facilitation of recruitment needs\xc2\xb7Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the employees\xc2\xb7Manage the entire recruitment process from coordinating interviews, contracting to employee arrivals\xc2\xb7Establish and maintain effective employee relations\xc2\xb7Coordinate with all departments with regard to Talent & Culture related activities\xc2\xb7Coordinate with the PRO to obtain employee visas and manage the arrival process of new employees\xc2\xb7Responsible for the audit of his/her related work area\xc2\xb7Maintain and employees\xe2\x80\x99 files by regularly filing employees\xe2\x80\x99 documents\xc2\xb7Develop and maintain confidential departmental employee files, documents and databases\xc2\xb7Coordinate employee recruitment process, as appropriate, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent and complete\xc2\xb7Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette\xc2\xb7Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employeesQualificationsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree at least in a related discipline an asset\xc2\xb7Previous administration or human resources experience required or Minimum 1 year in a similar role.\xc2\xb7Excellent communication and organizational skills\xc2\xb7Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.\xc2\xb7Ability to focus attention on colleagues needs, remains calm and courteous at all times
