Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with company policies.
Assist in preparing official documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and certificates of employment.
Support the probation and appraisal review processes by tracking and notifying relevant parties.
Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation for new hires.
Monitor and ensure completion of onboarding checklists.
Help organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Participate in and assist with hotel events such as town halls, festive celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
Collect and verify employee documents required for payroll processing.
Ensure all employee files are maintained in line with company and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
