Job Overview
As a Talent Attraction Manager at TE, will be a trusted partner to all Business units in Morocco, supporting mainly engineering functions, developing strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the region to influence strategy and results, as well as provide extraordinary customer experience and recruiting optimization services to the Business. This role will require an innovative mindset, strengthen processes, build robust demand plans, review and manage team performance as well as recruiting. The ideal candidate will understand the talent acquisition landscape, drive strategy and results, and must understand & learn TE's diverse business talent needs while driving team performance and optimization services. This role has an opportunity to make a significant impact on driving Partnership & Strategy, Regional Delivery, Knowledge & Capability Improvement for TE's Business's. Success measures for this position will be directly tied to increasing quality of hire, strong NPS, decreasing time to fill, decreasing cost of hire and providing extraordinary customer experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities
. Lead TA strategy for engineering functions within assigned region; align business demand plans and communicate with delivery teams inside and outside of Morocco. . Drive recruitment delivery solutions to meet business hiring needs and address major concerns (critical roles, restructuring, ramp up, footprint moves, growth etc.). . Build strategies to source engineering candidates for open roles across all business units and functions in the region. . Support and implement projects/programs which ensure extraordinary customer experience and recruiting optimization services to the Business inside and outside Morocco (e.g. assessment and selection). . Prepare and present deliverables including position descriptions, target company lists, and candidate reports. . Lead strategic talent mapping and pipelining initiatives to position TE as an employer of choice. . Develop strong partnerships with HR, talent management, and compensation teams to align talent objectives. . Contribute to the development and improvement of executive recruiting processes and metrics.
What your background should look like:
. Proven 10+ experience in engineering recruitment, preferably in a global manufacturing environment, minimum 5+ of managerial experience working with sourcing teams or recruiters. . Demonstrated ability to develop customized sourcing strategies in a matrixed environment. . Effective leadership skills, ability to interact with all levels of management, ability to influence others and lead organizational change. . Ability to use data to drive improvements and strong results orientation. . Process-oriented mindset with a strong business acumen and understanding of global markets. . Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. . Strong presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in French, Arabic, and English. Spanish proficiency is a plus. . Master's degree in human resources or similar.
