Key responsibilities Your key responsibilities include:
.Ensuring great candidate experience through providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions and geographies .Supporting the TA Partner and the Attraction Specialist in recruitment activities where relevant .Managing interview/assessment calendar and coordinate between candidate, HR and hiring manager .Initiating pre-boarding due diligence activities .Creating and storing hiring documentation and updating data of the new employee in relevant systems (e.g. Workday and ServiceNow HR) .Liaising with third party providers as relevant and other functions outside of HR .Managing the recruitment platform .Supporting TA Partner and People Partner to support employee/ manager queries in creating job requisitions .Supporting employer branding activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns etc.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
.Relevant experience in similar role in HR (min 2 years) .Closure orientation and low tolerance for delays and deviations .Great prioritisation skills .Work experience in large international organizations and familiar with a complex stakeholder matrix .Ability to build strong relationships quickly and leverage those relationships to drive results .Strong communication, problem-solving skills and attention to details .A proactive, 'let's get it done' attitude geared towards continuous improvement .Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance .Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions .Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timelines and scope .Fluency in English is a must. French and/or Arabic skills are a plus.
