Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field,
MBA, Masters in HR/ Psychology | HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR are a plus 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition & employee relations
Proven experience in developing and implementing workplace experience programs.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent sourcing techniques, and UAE & KSA employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A passion for employee engagement and improving the overall workplace culture. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute talent acquisitions strategies and manage recruitment processes for all levels of positions, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool, including passive candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs and advising them on the best talent strategies.
Oversee candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and company values.
Collaborate with C&B and leadership teams to forecast staffing needs and create a proactive hiring pipeline & talent pools.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to improve hiring efficiency.
Manage employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Build partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and government initiatives to recruit minorities, people of determination, and individuals from underprivileged backgrounds, promoting diversity and inclusion.
Explore new markets to source diverse candidates and ensure compliance with region-specific quotas (e.g., UAE, KSA)
Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring standards.
