- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiters.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Proven ability to source, interview, and hire high-quality candidates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
