Talent Acquisition Specialist - (Real Estate Experience Required)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle for our

Off-Plan

department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top real estate professionals. Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales, leasing, and property consultant roles. Coordinate and manage the entire hiring process, from posting job vacancies to different portal. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.). Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring timely follow-ups. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions. Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with company hiring policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of secondary real estate and its hiring requirements. Proven ability to source and attract high-performing real estate professionals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Well-presented with a professional and positive attitude.
