Job Requirements:

Education & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations in the UAE.

Experience :

• High level of connection with top real estate agents in Dubai or overseas.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the real estate, property, or construction industry.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and applicant tracking systems.

Skills & Competencies :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proactive approach to solving employee-related issues and providing HR solutions.
• Solid understanding of labor laws in the UAE and the ability to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the best talent is hired for various roles across the organization.
• Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and UAE regulations.
• Handle performance management, including setting up evaluation processes, addressing employee performance issues, and promoting career development.
• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are aware of and can access all available benefits.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and other documentation related to employee data.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Support the learning and development process by identifying training needs and organizing employee development programs.

Preferred Attributes :

• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its HR needs.
• Experience with talent acquisition in a competitive industry.
• Multilingual capabilities (Arabic and English fluency is highly preferred).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
