• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the events, exhibitions, or creative industries.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
