Key Responsibilities:



Talent Sourcing:

Use a variety of recruitment channels--including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking--to connect with high-caliber candidates.

Candidate Screening:

Conduct thorough evaluations of resumes and engaging phone interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with our cultural values.

Interview Coordination:

Manage interview logistics in partnership with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and engaging process for candidates.

Elevate Employer Branding:

Promote HJ Real Estate as an employer of choice through dynamic social media initiatives, job fairs, and vibrant recruitment events.

Craft s:

Develop compelling job postings that accurately reflect role requirements while attracting top talent.

Facilitate Offer Process:

Oversee salary and benefits negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Collaborative Partnerships:

Work closely with hiring managers to define departmental recruitment needs and create alignment on candidate profiles.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring metrics, providing regular updates to management on recruitment progress.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay ahead of talent acquisition trends and best practices, actively seeking innovative approaches to enhance our recruitment processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Proven experience in real estate recruitment is highly desirable. Fluency in Hindi, Chinese, or Russian is essential, contributing to our diverse workforce and extensive client base. Skills in employer branding, job postings, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Excellent collaboration ability and data tracking/reporting skills. Commitment to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
