:Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will help us find highly skilled Rockstar talents across the group and will be responsible for end-to-end management of recruiting activity. Supporting Managers to find untapped talent, attract and ultimately recruit and retain Rockstars within the market.
Partner with Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements
Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or any other related field
At least 4 years' experience in recruitment
Experience with employer branding
Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
Experience in High-tech, Telecommunications, Digitalization and/or Software industries
Proven track record operating in a busy recruiting function; ideally with exposure to different parts of the Talent Acquisition cycle (i.e. role briefings, interviews, shortlisting)
Exceptional communication skills with a client-centric approach to solution-selling and decision-making skills
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
A proven track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and execution
