Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Knowledge of employment law and hiring processes.
• Experience with social media recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, and others.
