Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist for Real Estate Company (PSI)

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at PSI, a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent in the region. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment strategies to find and attract top talent in the UAE market, focusing on Arab speakers and Europeans.

2. Job postings: Craft compelling job descriptions and ads that appeal to our target audience, highlighting the benefits and opportunities within PSI.

3. Networking: Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to connect with potential candidates and build relationships with key contacts.

4. Employee Referrals: Implement and manage employee referral programs to encourage internal referrals and build a strong talent pipeline.

5. Interview Processes: Develop and lead comprehensive interview processes to assess candidate fit and potential.

6. Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR team to design a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

7. Reporting: Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

1. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related field.

2. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3. Knowledge: Proven experience working in the UAE market, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.

4. Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

5. Regional expertise: Proficiency in Arai culture and European talent acquisition practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Masters degree in HR or Business Administration.

2. Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP.
