Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the rapid growth and evolving needs of Storeys.ae. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our team by bringing in skilled professionals who align with our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Promote Storeys.ae as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
