Role Objective :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bitunix is responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across various roles, with a focus on the technology and blockchain industries. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, building strategic talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Sourcing
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and strategic hiring solutions.
Candidate Experience
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from application to onboarding.
• Communicate effectively with candidates about job expectations, company culture, and benefits.
Talent Analytics
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring efforts.
• Provide regular hiring updates to management and suggest process improvements based on data insights.
Employer Branding
• Represent Bitunix at job fairs, networking events, and university recruitment drives to strengthen employer branding.
• Promote the company culture and values through external channels and candidate interactions.
Compliance & Process Management
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain organized and confidential records of all recruitment-related activities.
Qualifications and Skills :
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in talent acquisition, preferably in the technology or blockchain industries.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing passive candidates.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and the tech landscape is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Language : Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
