Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-performing real estate professionals, including agents, support staff, and management roles.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source candidates with experience in the real estate industry.Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet the company's requirements in terms of skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and management to identify staffing needs and forecast future talent requirements. s & Advertising: Create clear and engaging job descriptions and post job vacancies on relevant platforms.Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including coordinating with HR and management teams.Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs, especially in the real estate domain.Employer Branding: Promote the companys culture and values to position the firm as an employer of choice within the real estate industry.Required Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience working in a real estate brokerage company in Dubai.Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and the specific requirements for roles within this sector.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, recruitment portals).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Strong organizational and time management skills.
