Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Jewellery Industry

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on the Jewellery industry in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to support our growth and uphold our reputation for excellence. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand our talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
• Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships to proactively source and engage with top talent in the jewellery sector.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key positions, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment and Selection:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit with the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, define requirements, and establish selection criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
• Enhance our employer brand presence within the jewellery industry through compelling messaging, content creation, and participation in industry events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Track key recruitment metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting recruitment trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Market Research and Talent Intelligence:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to talent acquisition in the jewellery sector.
• Conduct talent mapping exercises and gather intelligence to inform workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the jewellery industry, preferably in the Dubai market.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• High level of initiative, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED190,000.00 - AED200,000.00 per month
