Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and hiring timelines.
• Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent in the market.
• Participate in job fairs, industry conferences, and networking events to represent the company and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the REAL ESTATE industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment at all levels within an organization.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the Dubai labour market and local employment laws.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
