For individuals who can take the initiative but work well within a team.We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team based in our Dubai office. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with the HR team, you will be responsible for driving both external and internal recruitment processes and recommending best in practice recruitment strategies to key stakeholders. You will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. This role will involve sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organisation.Key responsibilities:

• Working with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, support with the creation of job descriptions and writing adverts.
• Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn.
• Screening candidates and attending interviews to assist with the recruitment process.
• Managing candidate feedback
• Working with the Talent Acquisition Team Manager to improve cost-per-hire, time-to-hire and employee retention.
• Promotes and enhances the Fugro employer brand (events, social media, campus recruitment) and deliver a great candidate experience at all times.
• Builds trusted relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBP\xe2\x80\x99s to influence and deliver talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs \xe2\x80\x93 recruitment goals.
• Use data and (market) insights to guide talent decisions, measuring and reporting results back to the business and HR.
• Operates a robust, timely and well documented recruitment environment.

What Skills & Experience Will You Have?

• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in inhouse or agency recruitment.
• Previous experience of Emiratisation recruitment is a must.
• 360 recruitment experience would be preferrable - including stakeholder management, self-sourcing and negotiations.
• Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive experience of interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience of using Workday would be advantageous.
• Experience of recruiting technical position
