Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, including hiring, employer branding, and interviewing candidates. This is an on-site role.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, including hiring, employer branding, and interviewing candidates. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, within the GCC region
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Experience in employer branding and interviewing candidates
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring in the United Arab Emirates
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Additional Requirement:
- Must hold a valid UAE driver\'s license.
