Therefore, they are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work closely with HR and hiring managers to attract top talent for their expansion.

About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work collaboratively with hiring managers whilst reporting to the HR Manager, developing strong relationships and ensuring that the best candidates are identified to meet their needs.

This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing applicants, initial screening, assisting with the interview process and providing feedback, whilst keeping engaged with the applicant throughout. Working alongside the Human Resources Team, this role will adhere to UAE labour law and local regulations governing the employment process.

Being part of a market-leading organisation with high recruitment volumes, this role will manage multiple vacancies at one time as well as maintain relationships with 3rd party recruitment agencies which might also include overseeing contract agreements.

About You
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years\' experience within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition with experience working within the UAE Market. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively working on a number of vacancies simultaneously, whilst achieving deadlines within a timely manner. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate should have excellent English written and verbal communication skills and have experience working in a complex role with a broad base of cultures.
