PRIMARY PURPOSE:
This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sourcing & Recruitment
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles within the company.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruiting events.
Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
2. Candidate Experience
Manage the candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, maintaining a professional and positive image of the company.
3. Collaborating with Hiring Manager
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.
Help define job descriptions and role requirements to attract the right candidates.
4. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding
Extend job offers to select candidates and negotiate terms as required.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
5. Employer Branding
Promote the company as an employer of choice by representing the brand positively in the marketplace.
Attend career fairs and other networking events to build relationships with potential candidates.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and metrics.
Analyze recruitment processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
