Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. This includes understanding the organization's needs, market trends, and best practices.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms to source potential candidates. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications, perform phone interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further interviews. Assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication, providing timely feedback, and being responsive to candidate inquiries.
• Job Posting and Advertising: Write compelling job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate job boards and social media platforms. Track and analyze the effectiveness of different recruitment channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles. Provide guidance on market conditions, recruitment best practices, and candidate selection.
• Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice by leveraging social media, job fairs, and other branding activities. Participate in networking events and career fairs to enhance the company's visibility.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
