Position Overview:
We are a real estate company looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, particularly in real estate roles such as agents, consultants, and supporting functions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the company's growth and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future real estate positions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals) to identify top talent.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice within the real estate sector through social media, events, and partnerships.
Market Research: Stay updated on real estate hiring trends and competitor analysis to position the company competitively.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in the real estate industry.
Proven success in hiring for roles such as real estate consultants, agents, leasing managers, or sales professionals.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS systems, etc.).
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Ability to build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
