Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PSI located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing job descriptions, conducting hiring and recruitment activities, interviewing candidates, and assessing their qualifications. The Specialist will also be responsible for utilizing interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential candidates.
Qualifications
• Development and Hiring skills
• Experience in interviewing and recruiting candidates
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
