:Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Candidate Outreach:Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, global mobility and direct sourcing techniques.Conduct proactive candidate outreach and engagement to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while promoting the organization\'s employer brand.Leverage recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms, to manage candidate data and track sourcing activities effectively.Candidate Screening and Assessment:Review resumes, applications, and candidate profiles to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.Conduct initial phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates\' experience, competencies, and potential for success in the role.Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to facilitate candidate evaluations, provide feedback, and make recommendations for next steps in the selection process.Recruitment Operations and Coordination:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions, including job posting, candidate communication, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer management.Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining accurate records and documentation.Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information, guidance, and support to address inquiries and ensure a positive candidate experience.Stakeholder Collaboration and Relationship Management:Partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and department heads to understand their talent needs, workforce planning priorities, and hiring objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, vendors, universities, and professional associations, to support sourcing and recruitment efforts.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment activities, share market insights, and solicit feedback to improve processes and outcomes.Data Analysis and Reporting:Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, source effectiveness, and diversity metrics, to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate recruitment results, trends, and insights to stakeholders, informing decision-making and strategic planning.Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, allocate resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices.Qualifications:Educational Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a focus on sourcing and candidate engagement.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
