Due to this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Dubai to hire our next generation of superstars.The opportunity: The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role within Easygenerators Talent Acquisition team, overseeing the recruitment process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and implementing innovative strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across several regions. You will gain experience interacting with high-level executives and key decision-makers in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area.As an Easygenerator Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for:
Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding new hires
Collaboration with hiring managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific position requirements
Building the talent pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs, by qualifying candidates through phone screens and implementing successful sourcing strategies
Sourcing: Actively search for and engage potential candidates through a diverse array of resources, such as social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, online searches and events
Candidate relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Data analysis: Maintain accurate databases of potential and current candidates in our ATS and monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process
Have a bachelors degree (in human resources, business or a related field) or higher
Have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills: you can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when its time to listen
Have experience working with targets and KPIs and love results
Take initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Have high energy and a positive attitude
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
