We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Services Distribution & Digital (SD&D) Team as Talent Acquisition Partner ME (Middle East). This role will provide recruiting support to our business partners in the middle east region for all businesses of Caterpillar. Our team provides recruiting support for salaried management/support roles globally. This position provides expertise and leads in the entire hiring cycle, including developing a recruiting strategy, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers.
The Opportunity:
Within our Talent Acquisition organisation we provide a dynamic, collaborative environment which is focused on providing tailored end-to-end recruiting strategies for Caterpillar. This role will:
Influence talent acquisition regional strategy, build strong relationships with our internal customers & prospective candidates, and act as a recruiting subject matter expert.
Be the primary owner of the relationship with the hiring managers, acting as first point of contact, providing advice, reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, screening interviews and offer management.
Support company initiatives including but not limited to, Diversity and Inclusion activities, local employer branding projects, CX and Hiring Manager X improvements and project participation.
What you will do:
Manage recruitment needs across a variety of Caterpillar business units in Dubai and the wider Middle East & Africa region when required. Effectively drive best practices around the recruiting process and deliver top talent to meet key business needs, establishing strategic partnerships to elevate hiring manager and candidate experiences throughout the process.
Educate and train hiring managers and leaders on recruiting best practices, talent insights, assessments, skills based hiring & interviewing. Work collaboratively with country hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and maintain effective partnerships to enable recruiting success.
Assess recruiting analytics and hiring metrics to provide key business updates, stakeholder reviews and service level evaluations to ensure execution across key business objectives.
Partner with peer teams across business segments, geographical regions and central resource teams (Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, Organizational Development, Compliance, Legal and others) to serve as a subject matter expert and advise best practices to enhance enterprise hiring processes.
What you will have:
Staffing and Recruiting:
Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in TA; ability to identify, select, retain qualified candidates, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
Ability to facilitate an effective recruiting intake/strategy call to develop an understanding of hiring manager needs and support their understanding of the local markets.
Research common processes and techniques to source qualified candidates.
Ability to apply effective candidate selection techniques.
Relationship Management:
Understands the importance of establishing effective relationships.
Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.
Monitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis.
Alerts own team to problems in client satisfaction.
Works with candidates, hiring managers and/or peers to address best practice and areas of opportunity.
Customer/Market Focus:
Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
Candidate Screening:
Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
Presents candidate and market insights in a structured and routine manner to hiring managers.
Candidate Sourcing:
Knowledge of effective techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or to build talent pipelines for future hirings.
What will put you Ahead:
Talent acquisition experience gained ideally within both agency and in-house roles or people related project management experience.
Languages - English and Arabic
Working in complex multi-national matrixed or an executive or contingent search recruitment environment.
Ability to understand business strategies and develop recruitment solutions to meet present and future needs whilst researching and considering market insights to develop recruiting strategies.
