As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be working with the Talent Acquisition Director in the management of our talent pipeline and recruitment requirements.Principle Accountabilities:
Conduct market research and benchmarking studies on peer group companies, their organisational structures and reward schemes.
Engaging key stakeholders around the group, partnering with hiring managers to manage their current and anticipated vacancy requirements.
Benchmarking position remuneration and benefits.
Interviewing and screening candidates.
Partner closely with the Group HR Director to anticipate future recruitment needs.
Ensure that recruitment activity follows necessary legislation, and industry best practice and that confidentiality is maintained as appropriate.
Support the design and management of recruitment and selection processes ranging from executive search, advertising, candidate screening, interviews etc.
Drive the implementation of the Groups talent acquisition strategy.
Develop tactical sourcing strategies to gain market intelligence and generate immediate and future candidate interest in Airswift as an employer of choice.
Develop and maintain inventories of target companies and prospective candidates.
Assist in the development of a media strategy to drive our EVP and recruitment potential.
Approach, attract and qualify target candidates for junior through to senior opportunities.
Support the further evaluation of candidates, including through the application of psychometric and other assessments.
Create engaging and professional documentation including candidate profiles, role descriptions and internal and external reports.
Manage candidate relationships, ensuring they are well informed about the progress of assignments.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged and interested in current or future opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Experienced in Talent Acquisition across international geographies and various functions.
Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in communicating and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
General knowledge of MS Office application suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
Experience or knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and psychometric testing would also be beneficial.
A willingness to travel as the business requires.
