But were more than one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical companies.ROLE SUMMARYTalent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Will involve proactive activity anticipating talent needs, developing, and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, offer management, and managing the hiring administration process.What youll doEnd-to-End Recruitment Process

• Manage and deliver the end-to-end talent acquisition process and workflow according to the TAq strategy and global standards.
• Participate in all recruitment life cycle activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, hiring, and onboarding.
• Ensure assigned recruitment services follow Global recruitment and country policies/guidelines.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and contribute to succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent bench for future leadership positions.

Stakeholder Management

• Develop strong partnerships with HRBPs and hiring managers to find talent for the right role through employer branding initiatives, social media, and relevant recruitment channels.
• Working closely with HRBPs to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to proactively source and attract top talent.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a positive experience for job candidates by managing communication, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback.

Diversity &Inclusion

• Support and contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing diverse talent and ensuring inclusive hiring practices.

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant domain
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the talent acquisition function within a multinational organization.

Desirable for the role

• HR Degree or MBA in Human Resources
