Job Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Officer at PSI Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing organization. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for various positions across the company, including real estate agents, property managers, administrative staff, and more. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
• Talent Sourcing : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for open positions across multiple functions (sales, property management, marketing, administration, etc.).
• Recruitment Process : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers to candidates.
• Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and key talent networks, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborative Hiring : Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and assist in creating clear job descriptions and specifications.
• Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor hiring practices to ensure PSI Real Estate remains competitive in attracting talent.
• Employer Branding : Promote PSI Real Estate as an employer of choice through various online platforms, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
• Applicant Tracking : Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and regulations.
• Reporting & Analytics : Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity hiring.
• Onboarding : Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Required Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview processes, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in real estate recruitment or working with real estate professionals.
• Knowledge of HR software and recruitment platforms.
• Europeans and Arabic speaker only
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on team collaboration.
