Develop a continual pipeline of talent of roles for Construction and Contracting
Where necessary, headhunt potential active and passive talent
Work with managers to fully understand the business recruitment requirement/ talent requirements.
Develop and manage a recruitment plan for continual review and assessment to meet business demands.
Conduct thorough job analyses to define key skills, qualifications, responsibilities, and behaviours for each open role, with hiring managers.
Utilize all channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to source potential candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability for the role.
Schedule, coordinate and conduct interviews ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of candidates.
Communicate with candidates regularly, providing timely updates and feedback.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on progress and suggest adjustments to strategies if needed.
Prepare offer letters, negotiate with applicants, and establish contracts.
Maintain accurate records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Gather feedback from candidates to improve the overall recruitment process.
Generate reports and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the administration department to complete all legal requirements prior to employee arrival.
Manage onboarding process (using onboarding application and in situ on employee arrival).
Leads Emiratization strategy.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.
Qualifications
At least 4 years proven in house talent acquisition experience within construction or contracting
Excellent knowledge of the entire talent acquisition process from sourcing to candidate offer.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Other languages will be an advantage..
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
A people person who can build great relationships at all levels within a multi-cultural company
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Middle East employment laws and regulations.
