Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Officer at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) located in Abu Dhabi. The position plays a critical role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding, while also providing strategic guidance to the talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Assess the qualifications and fit of candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews.

Recruitment Strategy:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Provide expertise in creating job descriptions, job postings, and compensation packages.
• Advise on market trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Interviewing and Assessment:

• Conduct in-depth interviews, behavioral assessments, and skills evaluations to ensure candidate quality.
• Collaborate with interview panels to ensure consistency and alignment with hiring goals.
• Manage pre-employment checks and reference verifications.

Candidate Experience:

• Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing regular communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Address candidate questions, concerns, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Technology and Tools:

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging recruiting technologies and tools to enhance the recruitment process.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to management.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a track record of progressively more responsible roles.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication for interactions with candidates and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and deadlines effectively.
• Capability to identify recruitment challenges and find solutions.
• Basic understanding of data analysis for tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
