The department works closely with other departments to ensure that Jetex has the necessary talent to achieve its strategic objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
- Conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Assess an applicant knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.
- Attend and arrange open days for external recruitment.
- Submit related recruitment reports on timely manner.
- Bachelor s Degree
- Has at least 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced at several assessment and interviewing techniques
- Fluent and effective communicator
- Has a keen ability to recognize top talent from interviews and resumes
- Has effective stakeholder management, relationship building and consulting skills
- Has a strong problem-solving ability and an open mind to challenge
