Summary of the role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Sharjah. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, and conducting interviews. This role will also involve hiring and recruiting tasks to support the organization's talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and budget.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Oversee the screening process to ensure candidates meet job requirements and organizational fit.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Develop and implement assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.

Competencies:

• Experience in Education/ EdTech Industry is a plus.
• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employer branding strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
