Designation: Talent Acquisition Manager

Experience: More than 10 years experience in Contracting Company in UAE

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software/tools, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.

Collaborate with senior management on hiring needs and workforce planning.

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

Design and execute recruitment strategies for high-quality candidates.

Utilize diverse sourcing techniques and build networks for passive candidates.

Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.

Develop employer branding and collaborate on recruitment marketing.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide timely feedback.

Track recruitment metrics and use data for process improvement.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records.

Work closely with hiring managers and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Stay updated on recruitment trends and implement best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
