Our client is seeking a Strategic Recruiting Manager to lead and optimize their global recruitment efforts across corporate and manufacturing operations. Reporting to the COO, this role will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving cost-effective and high-quality hiring.Responsibilities1. Build a Robust Global Talent Pipeline
Develop and maintain pipelines for high-demand roles (e.g., engineering, production management, maintenance technicians, supply chain, etc.).
Implement proactive sourcing strategies in key regions to meet both current and future hiring needs.
Provide oversight to local factory recruitment, ensuring consistency and quality across all hiring practices.
2. Develop a World-Class Recruitment Process
Implement standardized recruitment processes and tools to minimize time-to-fill and improve candidate fit.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across all locations.
Define structured interview processes, including reference checks and safety/security measures.
3. Foster a Strong Referral Program
Design and promote an employee referral program to improve candidate quality, retention, and team cohesion.
4. Align Recruitment with Business Strategy
Create performance-based job profiles that align with long-term company objectives.
Leverage HR metrics and data-driven insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
5. Lead Recruitment Project Management
Manage critical recruitment projects, including hard-to-fill and niche roles.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective hiring.
6. Strengthen Employer Branding
Drive initiatives to enhance employer attractiveness and ensure a strong, unified brand image.
Oversee global recruitment efforts to optimize the candidate experience and market reputation.
Requirements
Vast experience of recruiting in the manufacturing industry in the USA (and ideally in Europe)
Proven experience of sourcing white collar, senior level candidates, nurturing and building a pipeline of candidates
Blue collar recruitment experience also important
Ability to travel freely and at last minute to Europe and USA (suitable passport is required)
Talent management / development experience is also a plus
