The client is a large manufacturing business who are a leader in their field offering a recruitment manager a wide scope opportunity to be a part of a leading team. Key Responsibilities:
Receive yearly HR plan from business units and shared services departments to understand workforce requirements and establish the recruitment plan accordingly. Create and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy to improve business performance. Develop employee branding strategies. Grow and develop a talent pool to fulfill recruitment needs. Manage screening and behavioral interviews. Enhance recruitment team capabilities and manage learning and development. Follow up with HR on the implementation of the onboarding plan. Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. 5 years experience minimum in a similar role. MBA Degree is preferred. Managerial experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
