We are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager with relevant experience in Fashion Retail Industry.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
• Experience in the [industry] industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
