OverviewElement has an opportunity for a new Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global recruitment team based in Dubai.This role will primarily be responsible for achieving resource planning targets for various global locations, managing the full recruitment cycle from role evaluation and advertising, to candidate management and screening, through to offer and on-boarding new hires.Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing, screening and selection activities, from the notification of vacancy to the time the candidate joins Element
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive candidate experience
Build and maintain effective business relationships with Hiring Managers
Schedule interviews for Hiring Managers
Present the company as the employer of choice by creating compelling, meaningful, and intelligent job advertisements and professional marketing materials
Hold regular meetings with HR and managers to drive accountability for prompt feedback to ensure a positive applicant experience
Utilise appropriate selection and recruitment tools to ensure that talent is recruited in the most cost effective manner
Utilise social media and creative sourcing resources to aggressively target top active and passive talent throughout the industry
Manage recruitment process and maintain up to date / accurate data in Element's applicant tracking system
Build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters to enable the delivery of high quality service and information in an accurate, efficient, timely and cost effective manner
Skills / Qualifications
Full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience
Experience within a technical / engineering / tech environment
Proven capability of managing workload in a high-paced environment with demonstrated effective networking
skills and direct sourcing strategies
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes and building talent pools
