TAM (Talent Acquisition Manager) - Abu Dhabi
  • Work alongside TA Manager & HR, to ensure own and wider HR service teams awareness of impending recruitment activity, putting in place appropriate resources as required.
  • Coach recruiting managers to ensure candidates receive an exceptional experience, and that the selection criteria are appropriate to the required outcome Taking part in the selection processes as required.
  • Take ownership of the of all recruitment briefs in your remit ensuring that these are fully completed by line managers, and that all necessary supporting infrastructure is in place - Job descriptions, evaluations, experience or technical needs, specific advertisement copy, systems design & change etc.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment firms
  • Manage end to end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV's, conducting interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer/decline.
  • Correspond with all applicants, answering questions, arranging availability and informing of progression.
  • Selecting and screening of applicants to provide suitable shortlists for hiring managers.
  • Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes for your remit.
  • Partnering with the stakeholders to support them with their resourcing needs; both immediate and future. Providing a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service to the business.
  • Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on resourcing best practice; the most appropriate selection and testing methods available for a role; assisting with the sourcing, development or creation of specialist exercises or tasks where required.
  • Challenge self and others to seek out more cost effective, bespoke and targeted attraction channels that progressively (through data insight) assure the relevance of our recruitment campaigns relevant outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, internal teams and suppliers ensuring alignment, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Work with the HR Administrator to issue all offer documentation and ensure that all screening is completed at the earliest appropriate point, tracking and providing appropriate updates as required.
